-it can be clicked on (usually) a gui pops up when you click on it
-has some sort of function besides decoration
A prop usually cant be clicked on, isnt growable, doesnt 'spawn' in a zoned area, and usually has no function besides decoration. some animals can be props though
If people can live in something, it is a building for sure.
