the game closes at new game

i recently reinstaled the game I have never used a mod or whatsoever, when I try to create a new game it loads almost completly then it closes and there si no error message or anyting it just closes

8.00 GB of RAM
GPU AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series (2GB)

its probably the ram
CS needs a lot of it-when i load CS task manager shows that it is using 15gb of ram out of my 16gb so im assuming your pc doesnt have the ram capacity

Well I know this information might not help, but there are 2 things:
1- The game specs say 4Gb of RAM
2- I've played before, same PC, no new DLC no mods

appenently those specs are old-but keep in mind there are updates, assets, and oter pc settings that could cause that
