Prebuilt assets or new ideas for efficient Service interchanges going to Urban ares (high density).

Do you know any?

Most interchanges clog up when leading to urban areas and kills my traffic movement.

Generally I find that the problem with service interchanges is not actually with that the service interchange, but with there not being enough of them.

So try just adding more. Even simple diamonds can be enough:

But you can also use something more complex, such as a roundabout interchange, if you want:

If you don't have space to put more service interchanges, then clearly one of your main roads should actually be a highway, so replace your current interchange with some small-but-freeflowing highway interchange. Of late I've just been using this one, since the fancier ones usually don't seem worth the complexity or footprint:
