Paradox Launcher installation bug

Hi, there is still problem that was unsolved in many threads, but it has a really easy solution. In case you launch the game and the Paradox Launcher is "installing" every time and you cannot open the game there is a fix:
Paradox Launcher has a bug - even if it looks like it is installing, it is actually not.
SOLUTION: go to the Steam Cities Skylines folder and find "dowser.exe". Right click on it and run it as administrator. This time the launcher will install for real and the game will start immediately.

That actually did not worked for me, because I was not able to even install it. :D

The use the option where you can by pass it for the future :)
