Report a translation problem
It's not a silly thing, a lot of people miss stuff like that. But Yeah, I do have two passenger stations. Been trying to make a line between the two.
My issue is often found to be this.

When zoomed out you may not even notice the break unless you know it happens or know what to look for.
As to the stop points, I can't even put a point beyond the first (creating the line), so completing it with the third point isn't even possible at the moment. I'll try smoothing out any crazy turns.
I use it as I use certain mods including Unlimited Ore and Oil so my industries do not run out.
I will enable Achieve in the future, right now I am playing non-cheating. Thanks bud.
In your place I'd switch to IPT2 for more functionality - but before downloading it, try removing Extended Public Transport UI first, and try placing your transport lines and see how it goes.
And as mentioned before, some of of your railway tracks may not be connected at the intersections - the look strangly overlayed and unconnected when you zoom in - and that's why you can't create any route at all.
