If you’re using Loading Screen Mod use the save asset report option to get a report on the broken items.
For the NetInfo missing it's a missing network (eg. road, tracks etc). Let's take the first one as an example on how to find the missing stuff.
The long number is the SteamID which you just add to this url to find the item on Steam: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=
For our example it's this one:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1389852552
Scroll down a bit to find the "Required items" listed on the right. For this one you're missing the Tram Station Track mod:
https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=707497031
Subscribe to it if you haven't already and make sure to enable the mod. Mods are always disabled by default, so it's easy to forget enabling them when subscribing to a bunch of stuff.

Another example is this one

It lists Mass Transit as the only requirement, but if you were missing the DLC, it shouldn't even try to load. So I think the creator might have used a road from Network Extensions 2 instead. For that mod it's also a good idea to check if you have enabled all the road options it comes with, when you get a missing NetInfo error.
If you have problems finding them all, the Loading Screen Mod can also generate a report (that's enabled in Options before loading your save), which has links to the missing items. :)
I think they are often just duplicates of mods that have assets tied to them.
But like above, I never had a game breaking issue with them, at least none I noticed.
Absolutely nothing to worry about there. It's an expected error because of how the game treats network pillars, so just ignore them.
And these ones are from having both dummy and functional versions of fields. If you don't want one of the versions, then you could ofc unsubcribe. But you can also keep them just fine and ignore the errors. It's just because they use the same submeshes. So all good there. :)
