Problem: A JavaScript error occurred in the main process

first of all, sorry my english

I got Cities Skylines since 2015, with sometimes more or less problems as known...but now, i never had a problem like this:
when i open steam and will start the game (only Cities Skylines) then it starts every time the whole download from begin. after it's downloaded and i'll start the game, pops the window
" A JavaScript error occurred in the main process" with a list with a lots of problems...

somebody knows the problem and how to solve it?

i did uninstal Steam, Cities Skylines and deleted everything many times, now as the last even all assets and mods and everything else i could find...also with JavaScript...

funfact: i don't know how to put a screenshot in here

That sounds like an issue with the launcher. Try reinstalling it following the steps in this thread:
