You can try unsubscribing/resubscribing the mod while out of the game. That will make Steam redownload the files, fixing any issues there might be with them.
You can also upload your output log. Then we can see what other mods you have and what happens before the error (which sometimes helps narrow down the cause). This guide explains where to find the log and recommends a few sites you can upload it to, since we can't attach files here on Steam.

I'll first be re-installing the mod and see if that'll help, if it doesn't work i'll start a new game and show the output log of that with the mod on.
Sorry for late reaction, but the re-installing of the Theme Mixer 2 mod has fixed the error. Thanks for helping me!
