Farm Industry District problem.

Hello to all.

I have a farming district created and zoned. But the Farm Main Building is locked as it shows solid black.

Various things are popping in like, Ready Sliced Fruit, Phil's Fields etc. But I can't place the Main Farm Building.

I've read a dozen threads and watched a bunch of YT videos. No solution for it yet. Thanks if you can help out!

there are 2 kinds of farming industry in this game and I think you are mistaking one for the other.

I think you created a farming district like in the base game.
* create a district
* switch it to farming
* zone yellow
* farming industry like "ready sliced food" will grow.

But you wanted to create a farming industry area from the industries DLC
* create an industry area instead of a normal district. (the button is further right in the same menue if I recall corectly)
* no need to switch to farming as placing the main building will do that.
