How do I download the traffic manager?

Just subscribe to this mod, start the game and make sure, that it´s activated

Might want to pop online and watch a few videos of people using Traffic Manager. Biffa would be one. He's uses it. And most of it. All thou I don't think he uses timed traffic lanes to their full advantage. He's still good at not over using TM. It can do more harm than good if you over manage traffic with it.

Cims needs choices. But they need a tiny push in the right direction. Which use correctly is Traffic Manager.

Yes I'm new. Looks like I'm subscribed and in one of the game menus it says I'm subscribed but doesn't show up when I start playing. I'm playing with NVIDIA's GeForce Now app on my phone. Maybe it has something to do with that.

That would explain it yes. GeForce Now doesn't support mods sadly. :/
