Report a translation problem
1) yes, it could be mod.
2) is it happened only on a particular map, then it could be outside connections
3) it could be your track network has a broken nod
If you aren't using TMPE, you can use the Loading Screen Mod to clear all vehicles on load. To do this, go into Options and find the Loading Screen Mod on the left, then check the option to remove vehicles under Safe Mode.
Ofc you will also want to fix whatever is causing this. Sometimes it happens if we mess around with Move It, and then will solve itself once the stuck vehicles are gone. Other times there's a problem in the rails that cause trains to get stuck, which you will need to solve. If you can find the spots causing problems, you can post screenshots here to get help solving the problem. :)
