Lane control on roads
I've been watching, with amazement, Sam Bur's tutorials about City Skylines on YouTube. He seems to have many more options at road junctions than I have. I just have the ability to turn traffic lights on or off and to apply "stop" signs. He cna make traffic use certain lanes and many other things. How to I move to do all this, please?

That's the mod he uses, by the way. No investigation necessary. Pretty easy to use.
