NAR: Generic Train Tracks - replace default base tracks

Is it possible to replace the default base tracks that are already on the map? How?
I tried to install Railway Replacer mod but I don't see any prop in its settings: https://i.imgur.com/tY7p1bX.png
Am I doing something wrong or?

Just use the upgrade tool like you would on roads. It doesn't take that long to go through a whole map and upgrade to the new tracks you'd rather use. :)

Mhm, yeah, but if those areas are blocked, I can't :). So, there is no way to replace the base tracks somehow automatically?

Not that I know of. You can use Cross the Line to change the tracks outside the areas you own. Then disable Cross the Line once you're done.
