Road Maintenance Depot
Hi! I don't hace such service. It comes with the base game or with a DLC?
I recently installed some traffic and road mods, but I don't remember if I have it before them.

It should be in its own tab under Roads but you have to have at least a certain milestone to unlock it.

From what I read you may need to have Snowfall as well.

Road Maintenance does indeed come with Snowfall, so if you do not have the Snowfall DLC, you won't have access to it. :)
