"Array index is out of range. [System.IndexOutOfRangeException]

No details"

After hitting x everything works out without problems. I wonder cause i did not installed new assets nor mods. Then when i load my savegame again sometimes i got no pop up but most time it says "Array index ...."

The error is coming from Surface Painter. After loading your save, open Options, find Surface Painter on the left, then click the "Update while map" button and wait for it to do its thing. Then save your city as a new file, restart the game and load that new save to see if the issue is fixed.

I did but now i have to click again 10 times.

While the game is not running unsubscribe Surface Painter. Then open the workshop folder - It's found here (though the path might look a bit different for you depending on where your Steam is installed)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710

Find the folder named 689937287 and delete it. Then subscribe to Surface Painter again, start the game and check that Surface Painter is installed. If not, you will need to restart Steam (maybe even log out and back in).

Also keep Save Our Saves and Safe Mode enabled for now.

With Surface Painter installed and enabled, open the last save you made for that city and see if the error is still there. If it is, try the "Update whole map" again, save as a new file again and restart the game to test that new save.

Try enabling Safe Mode for the Loading Screen Mod before loading your save.

If that doesn't work, try adding the mod Save Our Saves, make sure it's enabled and that it's a fresh load (so restart the game first).

Ok just to make it clear. After i pushed the ok button 7-10 times everything is as usual.

Have you tried saving as a new file, restarting the game and then loading that new save? Does it still get the error?
SirRantsAlot Jun 9, 2020 @ 8:25am
OK i will try this. Maybe it helps. I´ve counted. I have to hit the button exactly 10 times.

The message is still there. But after loading the new safe i had to hit the ok-button only 8 times. Is it a serios mistake or is it not?

Hmm, at least some of the errors were fixed then. Did you try Safe Mode and Save Our Saves?
SirRantsAlot Jun 10, 2020 @ 12:35am
I tried Safe Mode but nothing changed. Still 7 times to push "OK". Isnt Save Our Saves if you cant load your savegame?

It can help your save recover from simulation errors, which you have in the log you posted. So worth a try. If it doesn't help, you can remove it again.

It seems that it helped with another 6 errors. But one is still there. I have to hit "OK" one time now. 9 left thanks to your advice but what about the last one?

That's good to hear. :) Can you upload a new log, so I can see the specifics of the error that's left? Hopefully we can get that one sorted too. :)

Strange. With the new save game i just load i had to push the button 10 times again.
SirRantsAlot Jun 10, 2020 @ 5:48am
And now after i enabled Safe Mode for loading Screen i have no error messages. Should enbable them permanently?
Avanya Jun 10, 2020 @ 5:48am
The error is coming from Surface Painter. After loading your save, open Options, find Surface Painter on the left, then click the "Update while map" button and wait for it to do its thing. Then save your city as a new file, restart the game and load that new save to see if the issue is fixed.
