Content Manager Glitches?

So after the recent DLC and update my content manger and assets have been glitching and I cant figure out why. When I sub to assets and mods on steam, instead of going under mods in the content manager it goes under Steam Workshop and it isnt working. Is it suppose to be like this because I have never encountered this.

No, that shouldn't happen. I know it can happen due to a mod messing with the UI, but I'm not certain that's the only reason. If you can upload your output_log.txt (player.log on Mac and Linux) somewhere, then I can take a look and see if I spot a known issue.
