My Assets and Mods are missing in my workshop / also not loading / Cities Skylines

If I launch a saved game all my assets and mods are missing. I went to the content manager and it shows that I have 0 assets and only 5 mods. I exited the game and went into my steam workshop, this shows I do not have any assets or mods saved in my steam workshop. If I go into the game workshop it shows that I am subscribed to all the mods that are now missing.

Can anyone assist to resolve this or has anyone experienced this as well??

Restart Steam that should mostly help you to get your stuff again.

Sounds like Steam being annoying. Logging out of Steam, shutting it completely down and then restarting and logging in usually fixes it.

Mine was sorted after restarting My PC and then logging onto Steam so I am sorted.
