Metro station lowers by itself
Every time i open my city save underground station lowers by itself. It started from -12 and now is -48. Why is that happening. It is new save. Created after Sunset harbour update. (Because it destroyed my other city).

Keep going and you might have a subway at the core of Earth!

Are you using 81 tiles perhaps? I saw a post yesterday from someone who suggested 81 tiles is doing this, but I haven't had a chance to test it myself yet.

yes I have 81 tiles, I will check if this mod create problems

I tried replicating the problem today with just 81 tiles with no luck. So if 81 tiles plays a role, it's probably something that happens when also using another mod. If you can list your mods or upload your output/player log, then that would really help narrow it down some.

I have this issue too, if rebuild it fixes it self. then during reload it lowers all stations. I narrow it down to maybe it is "Fine Road Anarachy", I have 81 tiles mod too.

I have used Anarchy to place the station. As I dont wanna destroy all my work in the area. Metro lines where I have not have to resort to anarchy seems un affected.

I just about to bite the bullet and try to rebuild the whole area without using anarachy to see if it helps.

It is super weird, it lowers the whole track, it is very easy for me to spot as use the new metro above ground.

But metro left me paranoid, I dont even use "move it" on tracks, I rebuild all tracks by hand.

I cant identify when it lowers the tracks, but I suspect is during reload. First I thought it was Move it as I always mess with heights on like every building and network.

It is weird, it messes the whole system, I sometimes rebuild a station. So every time I start my city, I just check for a station with no travelers, then I rebuild station, rebuild tunnels nearby stations. As some stations work. Then I adjust the height to the tunnel entrances.

Those new transport hubs are awesome, but if you smack it down anarachy it messes ♥♥♥♥ up. I rebuilt my transport hub consists of the 12 track vanilla rail station the new metro. It is just impossible to rebuild that area with deleting everything.

I just worked around the whole problem as I have way to many mods to identify the culprit.

I'm having this problem too, I've upgraded to Fine Road Anarchy 2 and I obviously can't unsubscribe from 81 tiles as it breaks my game, I hope someone can solve the issue.

I tracked it down to to anarchy, it seems to be tied to placing buildings with subways with anarchy activated. I managed to save some work.

I placed building with anarchy that had a lot of decorations and roads in its building footprint so the headache to redesign this,

I then hit building with meteor strike, wait for recuse service to search for survivors, then rebuilt it. It spawned the subway station correctly in its rebuilt state. Then just to make sure I rebuilt every subway station on the line. I reloaded game about 6 times. I hope this stick.

I tried the old tricks to force upgrade the networks to the station. But the destroy collapse building seem to rebuild the whole building in place without destroying everything.

the problem is that if you have stuff in footprint, because you used to not respect the the footprint. I had a transport hub that I spent hours decorating .

I report back in some days.

Otherwisse, destroy your buildings with natural disaters and it spawn subway stations correctly. It seems like just one anarchy placed station and effect all the stations on the line.

Fast way to check if something broke, check the tunnels, they be very deep. A standard subway station has its tunnels at -12m. Usually when breaks it go deep like -36m

Sometimes they function normally anyway but sometimes they dont

Annoying bug this is. I have not nailed it down, but if we could work together to defeat this pest it would be great. Here be my details; basic CSL no DLC. I suspect the lack of mass transit dlc is causing it, but that be a vague theory.

The stations that have sunk to -36 work until i do something nearby, easily broken by building underground pedestrian path.

Misunderstand me correct, a station at -36 is not considered broken, it still works until you do something nearby. Then it breaks.

I am unable to reproduce the effect of it going to -36.

No road anarchy, but fine road tool yes. And if I am not mistaken, the problem came when I installed 81 tiles mod.

If 81 tiles is the culprit it may be possible to reproduce the effect by disabling 81 tiles>enter game>press play and open up some menus>save>enable 81 tiles>enter game. Perhaps complete exit of game is required at steps also. Not tested.

The press play and open up some menus is something that i today realized that i must do to be able to interact with things normally after entering game. Not sure if related, but don't think it should be like that. Smells like mod problem.

Some other mods be slope limits, zoning toolset, moveit

Which version of Fine Road Tool are you using?

If it's another mod, my suspicion is more toward Slope Limits (wtm)

However, the fact that I got the problem after installing 81 tiles mod... not that i see any way for it to cause the issue.
Avanya Jun 3, 2020 @ 5:45am
FRT 2 should be good. Hmm, maybe it's a combination between Slope Limits (wtm) and 81 tiles. At least that would explain why 81 tiles on its own doesn't seem to cause it either.

Weird, my subway sinks most of time and randomly, my train goes above tunnel and entrance of tunnel is glitched.

Not only that. Classic track pillar is invisible and also after placing fresh track with pillar. When I load up game, it goes missing.
Also I removed old version of fine tool long ago.

I think it's all saves that used the original FRT mod before the Sunset Harbor update that got impacted by the bug.

I found in the 81 Tiles page mod this:

They say that this happens every time you buy a new tile, so I'll try it
