“Welcome to: [City Name]” - Signs

I’ve looked all over steam for something like this. I’ve came across overhead American highway signs but that isn’t exactly what I’m looking for. I’m looking for a blank welcome sign that would go on the side of the road and would have a description that would say “Welcome to [City Name] - Gateway to the Beach - or whatever description that would go under the Words welcome. Sorry If I’m a bit confusing, I’ll give a picture of an example if you don’t understand

I think there is a mod for customizeable signs in the workshop iirc.

edit: I think this is the one I was remembering, I've never used it but it says it allows you to add text to signs.
