Sunset Harbor + Metro Overhaul

I saw the overhauled metro system in the sunset harbor reveal trailer and noticed how it looked really similar to the metro overhaul mod. When sunset harbor drops is metro overhaul going to lose functionality without the dlc or do we get to keep that.

I would believe it depends on the creator of the mod. Some mods deprecate others are being continued. The version that will be included into this game could most likely be a more simple version of MOM.
