How to build the roads crossing the railway?
I don't want railway to separate the city into two parts.

Either you can put your train underground or if you want to have a road/rail crossing just just pull the road up until the rail line and continue the road on the other side.

Yep, bridge or tunnel.
You can even just have the rail and road join each other to form a level crossing.

PgUp/PgDn to go up/down.
The Rectangle icon on the left allows you to change to increment size.
you can raise or lower a road point while building with the view up/down keys
but it"s a good point, rail crossings with beams would be a nice addition

You got to connect the road to the railway first, like you would any other road connection, then simply continue the road like you do, It'll make a train cross on the intersection. You can also do this the other way around or start a road stemming from a railway.

I know this is very late but just for anyone having this issue and is currently pulling their hair out over this question.
