Is there a tool or a way to draw both highway lanes at the same time?
So, what I want is a tool or a way to draw both the highway tracks (in both directions) with one "draw" so that they are always evenly spaced even if I curve them?

There's custom roads that do this, for example;

and there's also this if you don't want to use a custom road;

I haven't used that mod myself so I'm not sure if it has any incompatibility issues.

Thanks I'll try them both out

Irrelevant nerd aside: It's technically impossible to have two curved roads that are evenly spaced everywhere on the curve, see Bézier_curve#Offsets_(a.k.a._stroking)_of_Bézier_curves on wikipedia. (Of course, it can be plenty close enough that it doesn't matter.)

“Plenty close enough” is good for me. I am not doing accurate model of universal mathematical truths, just trying to make my dumb brain release some of those sweet endorphins to make me happy when looking at my falsely symmetrical highway system(s). And the mod Parallel roads works perfectly for that.
