if you click a vehicle there should be a little red circle with an x in its info popup, that deletes it

I don't see any red circles on the popup window or maybe I'm blind.

That might be part of TM:PE, I don't know, but you can clear all/some cars with that I think. I had a stuck car once. I just deleted that section of road and it vanished, then re-built the road. Are you using workshop roads or vanilla ones? Could be some workshop ones bug with the AI a bit.

Is it stuck, or jammed in traffic?

If it's jammed, then it will desapwn, but another is likely to happen from excess traffic.

Sounds like you may need to manage your traffic better.

Maybe post save and we can give much more specific advice.

The X is added by TMPE. It also has a button to despawn all traffic, that might be needed if something is really bugged.

It's not just parked, is it? :p

What is TMPE? I'm not quiet know the game strong, and no it's not park, it's stop all traffic on the road makes road block.

Post a save of your game and we can look at it firsthand.

From the game's main menu go to Content manager and click on Savegames then find your saved game and click on the "Share Button" and be sure to set it as public then copy the link address and paste it here.

It's a bit of a cheat/hack, but if you demolish the road and rebuild it, that will probably make the car disappear.

No, she still stays there, I already do it many times.

I found no stuck vehicles. Then again I did not download all the workshop vehicles the save requested. I suspect you have a workshop vehicle that is broken. What I did find is the road to your residential area was a one way road heading towards the highway. Which meant no one could go home nor any vehicle could enter the area causing trash and snow removal issues. Also the the main road (the one leading to highway has two sharp turns to it that is causing traffic to back up due to its slow getting through these areas. I also moved the road into town away from the road out of town to stop traffic from pausing at the intersections leading to and from the highway. The intersections were too close together. Here's a screenshot of what i did if it helps. Vehicles from the workshop should be downloaded one at a time and tested. I have in the past had ones that caused game issues.

You definitely have a workshop issue. I have seen this before, but don't remember which item it was that caused the issue. I look at the city and see if I notice anything.

EDIT:
I just subscribed to all workshop, but the game says you have no mods, so it must be a vehicle asset you subscribed to. Is it the same vehicle getting stuck in your map everywhere?

EDIT2:

It was a fire truck and Police car causing the issue. Both by ninjanoobslayer. Maybe post on the asset pages about your issue and see if he can fix them, or see why they don't work properly for you.

I get the problem of the traffic on my own, All have to do it's if you using any modifications after you disabled them you have to restart the game, if not parts of the mods will still work and will make issues with a game world, I was playing on vanilla, without mods, but some cars models, so the issue was that I didn't restart the game.

I restarted the game several times and it still had issues with both workshop items.

I always reboot my machine after changes to the workshop. In general, things can stick in memory sometimes if you don't.

But I'm glad you have it working now.
