Report a translation problem
In-game, open Move It tool (bottom left of screen) and then select the nodes either end of the road segment(s) you want to copy, then click the copy button. You'll get a copy of that segment you can place anywhere.
Move It also allows you to save to and later load from disk. Select the stuff to save, click save icon and name it, then you can load it later. It's basically a disk-based clipboard.
You might also be interested in the Net Picker that lets you quickly re-select an existing road on the map so you can start drawing a new road of that type.
