Original game content missing
It seems that a lot of default buildings are missing, mostly high density residential and commercial. I've also noticed that default buildings like primary schools, clinics etc are also missing. When I go into Theme Manager, there are only 3 high density buildings available, and lots are simply listed as not loaded.

I've tried restarting, logging off and on again, but assets are just not being loaded.

Any ideas?

No if there's game content missing.

Get the loading screen mod, enable it, go into options, then click loading screen mod, in the settings tick the radial to save a report. Note the file location. Start the game, load or start a new game and the mod will do its thing. After you save the game, exit and go get the report, it will tell you what exactly is missing.

After installing the Loading Screen Mod, the problem is fixed and buildings are back without doing anything. Thanks

I'm having the same issue. Original buildings such as the clinic, police station and fire station, all gone, vanished, out of the blue.
So, you fixed that already?

Make sure you aren't using the Loading Screen Mod to skip any buildings, and make sure the European Style is enabled in the Content Manager under Styles.
