Theme Manager - Theme Buildings Not Spawning
I have been having a problem with district styles not spawning buildings. I have subscribed to all the required assets and enabled them. It only happens with a few styles. Here's a few:

Baroque Buildings District Style

South of France Houses and Terraced

The following one had this problem, but somehow resolved itself.
Mountain Life District, Chalet

Any ideas?

There has to be at least one level one building in the theme, or else it won’t work, but it will tell you that if you try to enable it. Did you get that message in theme manager? Also, if you already have zoned the district and what’s there is already leveled up, I believe, then nothing new will spawn as they are already maxed. If that’s the case, bulldoze the buildings there, put on 3x speed and the buildings in your theme will spawn in their place, if you have the necessary level one buildings.

Thanks for the response. (Good morning, Sir.) It is a new, empty district. I did not receive any messages. Next. LOL

FYI - I just checked the level of buildings. There are plenty of L1,2,3,4.

Most of the district styles want spawn buildings. I can't figure it out.

So....only the two districts that came with Building Themes work.
