Policy tab not working

Why? This is just my problen? It only works when new policies open.

I'm not sure why this happens, but restarting the game usually fixes it. I used to have it a bunch, but then it just stopped and now it's been a long while without problems. Because it never happened every time I play, I never got anywhere trying to find out what caused it.

Once gone they never come back, at least in my case

Yeah, it's a game bug.
