Report a translation problem
It might sound daft, and I'm not saying you're wrong, but have you used the correct track type to connect to the through line?
Also check carefully to make sure that the track is actually connected because I did something like this and when I took a really close look at the track it was laid down but not actually connected, and as soon as I connected it (correctly) it worked.
Another thing to check is to make sure the correct train type is set as well.
Someone else mentioned this in a post on here elsewhere, and when they adjusted the settings it worked)

If yes, then it's a bad connection. If no the station is broken. Replace it .
