Population on minus
so i just reached 68k population and constantly it started to go between -200 to -1000..what should i do....?

Where you say it's '-200 to -1000', if you are referring to the figure to the right of the population then it is NOT population change. It is an indication of overall weekly changes. I was several 100 hours into the game before I found that out !!
