Hello there Relentless Alcotester

Sorry to hear it.

Please try the basic PC troubleshooting steps first: https://ubi.li/8Nv0g
Disable all overlays you may have and 3rd party software running in the background.

Let us know if any of it helped.

We have a Radeon 6650 XT and an Intel CPU. The game loads up and does the loading bar on the bottom right then just stays on a black screen but the cursor is till movable. It eventually does a windows crash.

It still crashes for us no matter how you launch it. We have a Radeon 6650 XT.

On my PC (Ryzen 9 7900X, RTX 3080) it works when launching it through uplay/ubisoft connect or whatever they call it now.

On my Steamdeck that obviously doesn't work without switching it to desktop mode so an actual fix by ubisoft would still be very much appreciated.

Hello mrbayramplays and everyone else.

Sorry, we do not have any new information to share at this point.
Many crashes may be due to individual circumstances. If no advise posted in this forum and thread helps you, I advise you to generate diagnostic files from your PCs and attach them to a support ticket for analysis - https://ubi.li/i1JM5
