Misread controller again...

is there something screwed up with my setup? 90% of my games that have DS support insist on reading my controller as an xbox controller... and none of these games give us an option to manually select which controller/button icons to go with. Whether I use DS4Windows or not. if i "hide DS4 controller" that usually just makes every game glitch and not respond to any controller inputs... If i close DS4Windows it either ignores the controller entirely or reads as xbox... im getting too old for this constant debugging lol
