The achievement says complete your first speed run.
What are the exact requirements? I’ve been told you can’t save.

Select Speedrun mode in the main menu and simply complete the game in any time. You cannot save, but if you die, the character is resurrected at the nearest checkpoint.

The game does not save at all, it just keeps track of checkpoints you have passed to respawn you at, you must complete the game in one sitting

If you quit the game - you have to restart
if the game crashes - you have to restart
if the game softlocks - you have to restart
if your computer powers down unexpectedly - you have to restart

There is no saving and continuing later, it is 1 and done, only attempt it if you have the time to do so in one sitting
