Mirage is a question mark, it could come to Steam any week now, but it depends on if the game was a part of their original contract with Epic, if it was, the game will need to wait until a year after its release, if it wasn't, it depends on how well it's still selling on their own launcher, and I guarantee it's selling a lot better than Avatar.
Outlaws won't come to Steam at launch as Ubisoft has already opted into a 6 month exclusivity deal with Epic, which can be confirmed by visiting the store page for the game on EGS and seeing it has the "first run" tag.
EDIT: It looks like the "first run" tag on EGS for Star Wars: Outlaws has since been removed, interesting. Maybe Disney forced their hand, I guess we'll see what happens, maybe it'll come to Steam just a few months after release? who knows.
