You just have to restart steam and ubisoft connect, then launch the game again, it should work.

Thank you, I was very confused by this. I didn't even have to exit Steam, I just hit cancel and then relaunched the game and it worked.

Hello Tony Alves.

Apologies for the late response and sorry to hear you cannot launch Beyond Good and Evil - 20th Anniversary Edition.

In case you haven't resolved it yet, most Ubisoft games purchased on Steam do not require an activation key.
A digital license is pushed to your Ubisoft account when you launch the game in Steam for the first time, and link it to the Ubisoft account.

Once activated this way, the game cannot be activated on another Ubisoft account.

Please download and install a new version of Ubisoft Connect from its official website: Download Ubisoft Connect[www.ubisoft.com]

Run Ubisoft Connect and Steam as administrator and try again:
Running applications with administrator rights[www.ubisoft.com]

Sometimes you will need to close Ubisoft Connect completely (not just minimise it to the system tray) and then launch the game from Steam, for accounts to link correctly.

To my knowledge, Amazon Luna does not support Steam account linking, and without it linked these purchases could not be validated.

As far as I been have not been able to. Maybe if there was a way to add your Ubisoft purchases to Ubisoft Connect it should work.
