Steam achievements, Nope but Xbox & Playstation games, Ubisoft of course they will.

If this had steam achievements I would brought this and many of other Ubisoft games instantly.

And I wouldn't be here looking for comments of humans who feel the same as me.

Ubisoft please can this end, Just have all your games that are on steam have achievements like the console versions. You have steam achievements on some games but then not others its rather odd.

I know for me personally I would buy every Ubisoft game on Steam if they got the same support as consoles, But because they don't I dont end up buying them.

Silly I know but its a loss of a sale on Ubisofts part, I'm pretty sure if all there games on steam and new games coming to steam had steam achievements they would sell a lot more overall on steam.
And then the discussions wouldn't have people like me who feel we get left in the dark.

Its false advertising though, because the steam page info mentions updated achievements, and its just wrong. Ubisoft disappoint again

Someone on the forums recently argued with me that any active development ubisoft game means achievements will arrive, doesnt seem to be true that

I know there's people who do not care about steam achievements and that is fine but in that same statement there are people who do care about them.

And I know for me personally its a factor on if I am going to buy this or not and if they don't have steam achievements but have achievements in the launcher etc 99% of the time I do not buy it.

And regardless of false this and that its shouldn't be happening if its a standard on consoles that they get achievements/trophies so should we.

Yet all these games with no steam achievements have achievements on console. Well said. But im tried of ubisofts mind games. Some achievements on titles and not on others. The main point here though is the false advertising and misleading achievmeent description on the steam page

I didn't know that, that happened but again if this game had achievements on steam I myself wouldn't be here I would of brought it and be playing it.

I just hope that some one at Ubisoft who turns on/ adds achievements support for steam will be doing a great service and they will see there games spike in sales.

But if not then game will be on arrival.

Achievements are not on the ubi connect app though only challenges im told, so theres a mistake somewhere? Possibly they have not updated them yet.

While I would appreciate achievements on Steam ubisoft games, stuff like having to use U-connect (or at least have an account) for most of their games this days, most of their games not having here the DLC where the story ends (yeah remember when Ubisoft made that and most of their games have the ending behind a pay DLC? good times good company), more DRM or the lack of steam support of any kind.... Yeah, you def should not get this even if it had achievements mate.

It always surpraise me that people just notice this stuff now, when Ubisoft has being mistreating the steam user base since forever. I don´t even have an steam account since that long, 2012 I think or so, and even back then I avoided Ubisoft games that I had on Xbox and enjoyed, cause they were always the lesser version of the game. NO matter what Ubisoft game you look at, if it´s on Steam, then I can guarantee you it will be the worst version cause it will ALWAYS miss features the other versions have.

Ubisoft was the company that said PC gaming was not profitable cause we were all dirty pirates with no respect for the makers of games. THen Steam came up and nowadays PC it´s the primary platform for gaming for lots of people, so then they created their online platform, which failed, then they made a second, it failed, now they are renaming the second one... and they continue giving you a worst Steam version cause I don´t know, do they think people will buy Steam version then be forced to use U-connect and once there they will be like "oh the u-connect version of this game is better, I´ma leave Steam for U-connect forever"?

The day I sold my Xbox was the last time I played an Ubisoft game, and quite frankly, I have not lost anything of value, and Ubisoft itself has turn into an even worst company since then. Have you forgot how they asked artist to send art to them for free so they could use it on Beyond Good and Evil 2? Have you forgot they were the ones saying NFTs would be the next big thing in gaming? How about now where they are the ones cliaming AI it´s gonna be great for gaming when we know this ♥♥♥♥ can´t even create an elephant photo where the elephant has 6 legs?

Ubisoft it´s no longer a game company, it´s a grift that never ends, and I feel sorry anyone is willing and hopeful to interact with the grift.

Yeah, consoles always have them they never dont. The confusion here is why they keep supporting some games and not others on steam. Because this was an active development of adding 20 plu snew achievements, we should have them on steam and especially when they advertised it. Because apparently ubi connect doesnt have achievements only challenges, means theres a little hope they have not added them yet. keep eye on steam db for any updates

Cause they understand Steam leads PC sales figures, but also they want to compete with Steam with their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ U-Play/U-connect trash app.

So in their mind, launching a worst version on Steam it´s what they must do to ensure PC sales but also attracking people to U-connect. Even though clearly this doesn´t work and it´s probably one of the reasons Ubisoft sales have being dropping in all titles for a few years now. As more and more people leave behind consoles and enter the PC market, Ubisoft keeps bleeding fans, cause their threatment of said players has always being terrible.

This arguments hold no weight. Cause yes, consoles have a mandatory policy so they make the achievements for them, once they have being made and programmed, YOU HAVE TO TAKE THEM OUT FOR THE PROGRAMING OF STEAM VERSION.

Ubisoft is downright ACTIVELY making the steam version worst. That´s a fact.
