The trick is to learn her moves and then go in for the odd hit between attacks.
I mainly tried to keep a distance and let the party wittle her down whilst her attacks were focused on me.
I just stacked lighting resistant gear and rolled her. The hate should be on me for not thinking
It's not elegant, but it works.
