You can't, unless you manage to unpack the game's sounds, manually adjust them, and repack them.

It's really not worth unpacking the sounds and manually editing them, i would assume it would take a while. But if you want to im sure theres a tutorial on how to modify the game sound effects and music, just search it up on Google.
