Some people say it is a bug. The PCGaming Wiki says it supports English Subs so maybe they're right.

that's actually quite incredible. that does most of the work for me/us. Now it is about finding out how to put those dialogues into a language pack that's already with the game
Might I ask what file(s) exactly you looked at? I've found various candidates for text however I would like to know if you can recall which one(s) you looked at.
aren't the dct files under bio4 > text the subtitle files or am I wrong?

Main menu was untouched, still in a language other than English. I've found various potential files that could contain the text to which I need to edit, however after unpacking .lfs files I'm usually left with .dat, which even using already-made tools, don't extract anything. It could potentially take awhile to figure everything out.
