[SOLVED] Game won't launch

When i press play, it doesn't launch anything, and after couple seconds it closes the game. I checked every discussion on the internet about this exact problem, and i know a lot of people have this exact problem after reinstalling the game for whatever reason. Mine is, i changed my hdd, and had to reinstall all my games, and voila, the game won't start. Two most frequent solutions are A: install re4 tweaks and B: change screen refresh rate. Option A didn't help, and i've been using re4tweaks before reinstalling the game anyway. Option B doesn't work cuz i have a laptop with standard and only refresh rate of 60 mhz, so can't change that. I wonder if there is a sure solution to this problem, apart from these 2 mentioned above. So far i didn't see any. Btw there's no "My games" folder in documents too, so i can't launch the game in windowed and i know it won't solve a thing anyway

FOUND THE SOLUTION

Download DirectX Jun 2010 from Microsoft site,

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109

Create a New File > Launch directx_Jun2010_redist > Browse > search for the New File you Created> open > Click "Ok"

After that it will install Files in the New Files you Created, Open the file.

Search for "Jun2010_d3dx9_43_x86.cab" Open it , You will find d3dx9_43.dll Copy the exact file.

go to steamapps/common/Resident Evil 4/Bin32 '' Paste it there.

Launch the game from Steam.

The Game Should Work Fine after that.

still wont launch

you need a better pc. if you can't even play the original, then your screwed...

Any normal pc can run og RE4. If it can't it's either broken or too old to be useable. It's just resident evil 4 pc port has a lot of issues and bugs, which devs didn't fix
