Can we possibly get a borderless window option?
Can't seem to get any of the third party software I've found to force Borderless Windowed with RE4

No, you didn't tried everything :)

Use this, it work with almost anything.

May I ask why you need to play on a borderless windows? from experience, games tend to perform better on fullscreen...

Before the updates i had to play it in a window dues some odd and random freezes.
