Can't Reload Are You Kidding?

Seriously, can't use R as reload nor use the menu to reload any weapon! can only reload when they are used up during action! What the ... I can't use combine bullets into the weapon, what's happening! Halp Halp!

You have to be aiming and then press the reload button.

Hey thanks it works................... I thought that could be done in the menu so you don't worry about running out of ammo during a fight...

That would render the entire process of upgrading your reload speed pointless.
