There are some pretty neat concept images in the book. If you love RE 4, I'd say it'd be worth it. Some early concepts and versions of characters in there as Sugoi said.

Yes, the game was gifted to me as a pre-order. I'm not actually sure if the book etc only comes with pre-orders.
and as stated, pretty much more then 3/4 of the book are practically the story of the game. the rest then are about the characters you see in the game and concept arts.
