To Capcom and AMD: Resident Evil 4 Ultimate HD Edition is not optimized for AMD Graphics Cards
This release of RE4 needs a patch (by Capcom or AMD) for AMD Graphics Cards. I have Intel Corei3-3210 (3.2 GHz) + AMD Radeon HD 6450 (2 GB VRAM) + 8 GB RAM + Windows 7 64-bit. But this game is completely unplayable! Even with lowest settings. Very low FPS, horrible low gameplay speed, slow motion gameplay, full of lags, keyboard and mouse are slow, audio is desync and many more bugs that I can't play RE4 for just some minutes.

Don't you want fix this game? This game needs update. With my system specifications, I should able to play this game on performance or balanced settings.

Is there any solution to make RE4 UHD playable for me?

To other day a guy posted (most like trolled) a topic saying that this game runs much better in AMD than nVidia...

I don't know about RE4 performance on NVIDIA cards. The problem is: My PC passes the minimum system requirements, but it can't run the game. I really want to play this game. Should I wait for future fixes and updates OR I must buy a new PC or upgrade my CPU and GPU?

I have nVidia and runs perfectly.
Anyway, this port came out extremely demanding... Is even heavier than RE5 and RE6... so the "minimun" is more like BS.

Your processor is middling. Your GPU doesn't even sniff the minimum. It is capable of about one fifth of the performance of a 4850. It's a $40 card.

I think you're right. This release need a good quad-core CPU and a new NVIDIA or AMD video card.
I have personnally no performance issues in this game, and I use a 2012 gaming laptop, so... I'm a little surprised the game could ask so much out of your rig. But after all having a GTX 560 in recommended settings isn't for show it seems.
That or the game is poorly optimised, which is still possible.

RE4 UHD Edition needs future updates and fixes. Or they should change minimum and recommended specifications on store page. I'll wait for both RE4 patches and new AMD drivers. Currently the game is like a living hell for me. I got headache after tried several different video settings. Even the lowest settings won't help me.

The problem goes far beyond that, there is nothing to do with AMD, if you are to trying to play on 60 fps just give up, the game wasn't be made to be played on 60 fps simply because the devs just forced the game to 60 fps without made adjustments, that's why everything is messed up even on modern systems...

Then what should I do? I tried almost everything. But still unplayable even on lowest quality settings.

If current AMD drivers (Catalyst stable 13.12) are OK, then I should wait for Capcom's patch(es)?

NEW GPU. No way around it.
