When I bought the HD remake for PS3, this feature was gone.
I'm sorry to say but you're the one that is wrong. I killed countless J'avo while walking and shooting.
Please only comment if you have played RE4 on the PS2. From what I've read, the Gamecube version had it so the player wasn't able to walk while aiming.
What the f*** are you guys smoking? Walking and aiming was never in ANY RE's until outbreak File #2. No other RE did that (I don't count 5 or 6 part of what Shinji Mikami created), I've beaten RE4 over 9 freakin' times on Gamecube (the original I might add) and not once was this a feature, hell not even in the Wii version. Stop bull sh**ing; because I can tell you this, the PS2 version was full of glitches.
I'd like to direct you to one article about RE5. Please put attention to the 3rd Paragraph where it states:
"What are the controls like?
If you've played Resident Evil 4, the controls will be very familiar. You won't be able to move and aim at the same time. In order to shoot, players must stop and aim the gun. "

I've only played the Gamecube version, the Wii version and the HD port on Xbox 360, all I can see of what the changes where that they where minor that ONLY the Gamecube people could tell you.
