Aim with arrows instead of mouse?

Hello there steamland! some of you may have played the old PC version of RE4 where you aimed with the arrows and not your mouse, be it because you had no choice back then... Personally i found this way to be very fun and much better than the new setup, and was hoping you guys could help me.
i want to aim with with the arrow keys like in the old PC version, is there any way of doing so?

You want only the aim or you want a replica of the old PC version's controls? do you want some "hybrid" config? something custom?
I haven't been messing with the game for some time now, but as far as I remember, it does support a great control customization and I might take a look at this for ya.
