As for slow motion gameplay, what are your system specs?
Alright so to make the game play normal, it's been well documented. There is two fixes do this outside of a game in other words before you go start playing go to the options and do the following
1) - switch the frame rate down to 30fps
2) - this one may be optional. Switch to standard graphics. Not HD
this fixed it on my computer. The cut scenes are out of sync but I'll live with it as I've played this game a lot in the past.
Now to fix the sensitivity of the controller is actually a weird fix but as long as we play who cares. This requires no weird third party softwares or anything. Just the programmers were too lazy or Capcom needed this out as fast.
Where sensitivity is and I'm not even joking I tried this as a last attempt. Go to keyboard and mouse settings. No seriously. Controller settings it's not there. But click mouse sensitivity and drop it down to around 10 and boot up your loaded or new game and all of a sudden it's not lightly tap the controller and you're 3m away from their heads.
Hope I could help
