How do I install mods?

As the title above says, I currently don't know how to install mods for RE4 atm. Currently I have a few mods that I REALLY want to add to my RE4 and they are as follows:

Silencer at first save (Found in a collection of mods here: https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil4/mods/8?tab=files )

Mosin Nagant M9130 ( https://www.4shared.com/zip/Ok8QFupNce/Mosin_Nagant_M9130.html *replaces the Bolt-action Rifle*)

SVD Rifle ( https://gamebanana.com/mods/237149 *replaces Semi-auto Rifle*)

SPAS 12 ( https://gamebanana.com/mods/237144 *replaces Riot Shotgun*)

C96 ( https://gamebanana.com/mods/237151 *replaces Red 9*)

Tactical USP ( https://gamebanana.com/mods/237145 *replaces starting normal pistol*)

I also would like a mod that replaces Ashley visually (and audibly if I can) to an anime character that I would be fine with, currently unchosen for that atm though, the mods above take precedent for now. Also, I REALLY don't care for "HD mods" so I REALLY don't need the stupid UHD mod pack that i've been hearing about, I just want the damn mods installed, that's it. Any help on how to install the above mods would be very much appreciated.

The mods you want are for the ubisoft port of Resident Evil 4 which thank god is not on sale anywhere. And I do not know why you hate on the HD mod so much dude , it is one of the best mods of all time.

if you want some person to convert old mods from ubisoft version to the steam version without need hd project installed, maybe you can hire me.

Absolutely one of the best mods of all time. I cannot imagine how a fan of this game would hate it.

When it makes it ryb less smoothly (AKA laggy-ish obviously) to run than it normally does, then yeah, you can see why an HD patch or some such would have mixed opinions.

the mods you want are not for steam version of re4. they are for the old 2007 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ port. in that case modding the old port is easy..just copy paste the files in the game folder, thats it

to mod the steam uhd version check out Nexus mods and download fluffy's mod manager and it all should be simple from there

Tried searching it for the aforementioned "fluffy's mod manager" on RE4's Nexus Mods site (the original RE4, not the remake obviously) but there was no result when searching for "fluffy's mod manager" or just "mod manager" in general, zero results. Not even close to bullshitting here.
