Overwrite Save
Hello, I already tried to replace the files in the 25470 folder, but the 100% save did not work. What should I do?

You can't use other people's saves for that game. Just get good, and you'll have everything you'll need. =D

Your RE4 save game data is synced to Steam Cloud, and so will be available on other devices you sign into Steam with (Steam Cloud enabled by default, check your Steam settings / game properties to make sure):

Save game data location
On Windows, it's located here (see PCGamingWiki article[www.pcgamingwiki.com]):
<Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\254700\remote\savegame00.sav
  • See here[www.pcgamingwiki.com] for how to navigate to "<Steam-folder>".
  • You will have a unique number for the "<user-id>" folder in the folder path above. See here[www.pcgamingwiki.com] for details on "<user-id>".
  • As stated on PCGamingWiki:
    Save file is tied to the player's Steam account.

The save file itself is called "savegame00.sav", which contains all your individual save game data in that one file.

So, if the game is installed on your C:\ drive (i.e. default location), then it will be here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<user-id>\254700\remote\savegame00.sav
  • You will have a unique number for the "<user-id>" folder in the folder path above. See here[www.pcgamingwiki.com] for details on "<user-id>".
