RE4 Trainer Mod Help

I been looking for a jacket mod for Leon since I like it a lot and I want to use it for the rest of my game plays when I decide to boot up RE4. The problem is I try reading the instruction and some of you might say "wow brwooo its so easy to install are you that dumb?!" yes I am because this is my first time modding any RE game and I have tried by myself a few times but nothing happened for some reason so I was wondering if anyone can show me how to use the RE4 trainer mod from nexus mods so I can just enjoy playing RE4 with Leon wearing his jacket in a whole playthrough.

will you get banned for using the trainer mod on re4 steam or is it safe. Also can i use a cheat engine for re4 or is that ban able, and how do i install the trainer mod?
