These links will lead you to modded files that allow you to use female characters in the main game in replace of Leon. It comes with character voices too, but they aren't fully voiced of course. Use Leon's normal outfit to see the modded character. Even some reskins for Ashley as well.

NOTE: "Zip Extractor Pro" is not needed for any of these files on that website. At least from what i've seen. Once downloaded, just open the file.Then drag and drop the contents of that file somewhere on your desktop.

You can see various different types of Resident Evil 4 mods here. Most are Mediafire or MEGA downloads that require you to have some type of application such as "Zip Extractor Pro"
(It's Free) to extract the contents of that file onto your computer... If it's any download that goes through Adfly. DO NOT bother downloading it. Adfly can give you adware on your computer.

This link leads you to a huge mod that does more than just a simple Leon reskin. I highly suggest that you check it out!

NOTE: It's over a 2GB download, and in some parts of the game, because the mod is so big. it tends to go in slow motion.
